THE REVELRIE
The Revelrie has been a fully holistic project for AQ.
Crafted from a singular concept, this is clothing that blurs the lines between luxury leisurewear and high fashion, carving out a whole new category and creating fearless silhouettes for those who dress for joy.
A STRONG FOUNDATION. AQ analysed current trends and searched for white space in the market before carefully defining the brand’s unique value proposition, strategic positioning and target consumer base. The consumer persona was clearly established, giving a clear point of focus for brand building and allowing ads to be directed at key markets.
A BESPOKE CREATION
AQ worked closely with the client to create a complete visual identity that aligned with the chosen audience. Every aspect of the brand was carefully considered, from the name and logo, to its unique colour scheme, personality and tone of voice. Packaging concepts, bags and labels were produced in line with the visual identity, ensuring harmony across all elements. AQ ran all bureaucratic and administrative matters alongside the creative process, establishing business registration and securing trademarks, to ensure a smooth and stress free process for the client at every stage.
AN AMBITION BROUGHT TO LIFE
AQ have taken The Revelrie all the way from idea to actualisation. A hand picked team was brought together to bring the product to fruition - designing, developing and creating the brand’s first capsule collection. AQ commissioned a graphic designer to create an exclusive print and colour palette, before sourcing pattern makers to explore different silhouettes, working with the client to find points of differentiation and refining the design for a perfect fit.
At every stage, AQ sought out the best materials possible, from elegant fabrics to high calibre buttons and labels, whilst carefully considering all costs to ensure a commercially viable merchandise structure. This attention to detail and dedication to quality has resulted in a luxurious product with a timeless aesthetic - one that remains aligned with the founder’s initial vision.
LAUNCHING AN ICON
To ensure The Revelrie makes an impactful entrance, AQ have developed a comprehensive marketing, social media and launch strategy, including PR and influencer seeding.
To build excitement around the product, AQ created the brand’s first marketing initiative, partnering with the French illustrator and artist Nans Rivat. Entitled ‘The Postcard Campaign’, this fun and lighthearted creation is an invitation to embark on a sartorial journey across the globe, celebrating the seamless fusion of fashion and wanderlust the brand embodies.
Alongside this, AQ produced all brand images and video, both of product and for campaigns. AQ travelled to the founder’s home country, Brazil, with a crew of thirty people, capturing truly inspiring footage that brings the brand to life. All post production, including asset selection and retouching, was done in house, to ensure quality and consistency at every stage.
ENSURING LOGISTICAL SUCCESS
AQ has responsibility for scaling up production and managing the supply chain, from garment manufacture to logistics and warehousing. Technical aspects of this process, such as digitising patterns or producing tech packs, are done in house. A diligent approach ensures production remains adaptable to consumer behaviour, maintaining optimum efficiency without ever compromising on quality or consumer experience.
A STRATEGY FOR TOMORROW
AQ continues to work closely with the client to create a future focused plan for growth, shaping the commercial structure and business model of the brand. This will solidify the brand’s unique value proposition and strategic positioning within the industry. AQ continues to develop relationships with key selling partners, managing price architecture, local market strategy and global expansion.
